Luke joins the firm with over 15 years’ experience gained on both construction and large infrastructure projects across the whole construction lifecycle. With previous experience across multiple sectors, Luke’s expertise includes the preparation of civil and structural tenders from cost planning and quantity take-off to first-principle estimates and various commercial management duties including change management, generation of cash flows and cost forecasting.
GRC’s Resources and Infrastructure team is currently working with numerous local, national and international clients who are seeking innovative construction cost solutions given the financial pressures and commercial risks imposed upon most major projects across the sector.
GRC’s Resources & Infrastructure Manager Ryan Marschke, commented:
“I am pleased to welcome Luke to the team and I’m excited about the opportunity to draw upon Luke’s diverse skill sets to continue to service the needs of our clients. The Resources and Infrastructure Team continues to go from strength-to-strength and we are very proud of our ability to continue to deliver on some of Australasia’s largest and most impressive infrastructure initiatives.”
Luke’s appointment follows the announcement of Sean Connolly to the firm’s Asset Management team in May this year.
