A key member of GRC’s resources and infrastructure team, Charles has worked on significant projects across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Charles has experience working with clients, head contractors and sub-contractors giving him a detailed understanding of specific client requirements. Charles’ work scope varies from preparing civil, infrastructure and mining estimates, contract administration and variations, tender budget alignment, post contract measurement and cost control. Charles also has notable experience in delay and disruption claims.
