15 Green Square Close is a 12 storey 5 Star Green Star commercial tower situated in the Green Square office precinct. The precinct was developed by the City of Brisbane Investment Corporation Pty Ltd (CBIC).

To ensure financial viability, CBIC appointed GRC to measure and cost plan the development. We were then asked to provide tender, post contract and financial services for the remainder of the development.

The project had distinct and unique challenges including the need for significant rock excavation, building adjacent an active train line, and site access restrictions. The development was delivered on time and within budget.
