De Luca’s $9 million Addison Quays development, located on prime riverfront land at Bulimba, offers 24 luxury apartments over three levels and a one-level basement car park.

GRC worked closely with De Luca to monitor and control costs during development. Our services included delivering an initial report, monthly progress valuations and variation assessments. Two unique challenges to this project were pricing a private marina and delivering high end finishes with numerous purchaser variations. All units sold before construction was complete.
