To remain successful in the highly competitive world of elite sport, the Brisbane Broncos decided in 2013 to explore developing a single facility to house their playing, training, commercial and executive functions under a single roof alongside the field, gym and physiological facilities. 

In early 2016, the Broncos got the green light to develop their training, administration and community facility (TACF). GRC was engaged by Project Managers DMA Partners to provide cost planning, tender review and post contract services for the project.
