The C-17 project was located beside a fully functional main runway within the Amberley RAAF base. To keep the project within budget, GRC worked closely with John Holland to provide measurement, cost planning, post contract and financial services. Our project scope covered: workshops, runway aprons, runway extensions, taxiways, the command building, hangar, store warehouse, simulator, the squadron building and the air terminal building.
