GRC has worked on several developments and redevelopments at the Caboolture Hospital. GRC worked with Building and Asset Management on a new education building, a new paediatric outpatient centre and the refurbishment of the existing paediatric inpatient centre.

More recently, we worked with Queensland Health Metro North Hospital and Health Service to provide measurement, cost planning and contract administration services on a 32-bed ward development. The development is currently under construction and likely to be completed under budget in March 2017.
