Energex HQ is a major commercial building, designed to promote a vibrant and cohesive working community, within the burgeoning Newstead Riverpark precinct. The first 6 Green Star building in Brisbane, Energex HQ demonstrates world-leading environmental sustainability practice across a wide range of indicators including energy, water, materials, land use, transport and emissions.

Working with FKP Property Group, GRC led the value management and cost planning services on this project. We worked collaboratively with key project stakeholders to overcome developing technologies and unprecedented sustainability criteria to help deliver this multi-award winning commercial office space.
