In 2013, the existing pool at level eight of the Hilton Hotel Brisbane needed to be demolished and replaced. The surrounding entertaining deck area also required upgrading to comply with current statutory requirements.

A key project challenge was working within an operational hotel environment. The programming of items was critical to the success of the project and the budget needed to reflect the complex nature of the works. Cost options were considered throughout the pre tender phase of the project and at competitive tender stage the works remained within budget. The project was successfully completed in 2014. We continue to work with the Hilton Hotel Brisbane on further upgrades within the hotel.
