In late 2016, the Queensland Government approved Transurban Queensland’s $512 million Logan Enhancement Project and CPB Contractors were selected as the preferred contractor. GRC is working with CPB Contractors to provide tender measurement and design cost management services throughout the project. 

GRC Associate Director Charles Schmidt said: “The Logan Enhancement project is an innovative infrastructure solution that helps to future-proof one of Queensland’s busiest motorways. We’re working closely with CPB to ensure their project objectives are met and the best result is delivered to Transurban and the South-East Queensland community.”

The project includes: realignment and widening the motorway from four to six lanes, new service roads, braided ramps, interchange upgrades at key congestion hot spots, and widening parts of the Gateway Extension Motorway. When complete, it will deliver a safer and more efficient motorway network.
