Bolton Clarke’s Melaleauca Wing at Galleon Gardens includes an interactive digital wall, men’s shed, swings, caravan and purpose built kitchen all within the picturesque surrounds of Currumbin Creek.

The redevelopment incorporates international best practice in dementia design principles, including state-of-the-art interactive digital wallpaper which is a world first in dementia care.

GRC worked with Bolton Clarke to provide estimating, tender negotiation and superintendency services for the project.
