The Royal Australian Air Force’s Base Williamtown is 30kms north of Newcastle and is home to most of the Air Force’s Hornet and Hawk fighters and several headquarters. To prepare for a new airline fleet, the Base was expanded and refurbished which included a new training centre, administration buildings, and an apron extension. GRC provided quantity surveying services throughout the construction phase to help Fulton Hogan achieve their revenue recovery and change management efforts.
