To improve connectivity for all New Zealanders, world-leading communications infrastructure is being rolled out through the Ultra-Fast Broadband programme. To help control project costs, GRC provided commercial management and variation preparation and negotiation services to Visionstream. 

The Ultra-Fast Broadband programme is one of the largest and most ambitious infrastructure projects ever undertaken in New Zealand. It will see around 87 percent of New Zealanders, in over 390 towns and cities, able to access fibre-to-the-premises by the end of 2022.
