Multi-award winning One One One Eagle Street comprises 56 levels including 44 office floors, two plant rooms, roof level, a six-level basement and podium level. Designed by Cox Rayner, the building’s unprecedented organic vertical structure is arguably the world’s first high rise building using the principles of biomimicry inspired by the way plants grow upwards, towards the light. The outside of the building is furnished with 52,000 LED lights designed to imitate the branches of a nearby Moreton Bay Fig Tree. GRC provided cost planning and value management services on this project.
