GRC was proud to be involved in the construction of the Palmview State School, Palmview Special School and Palmview State High Schools which were built to keep up with the growth on the Sunshine Coast. The State School and Special School were delivered in one year and open to students at the start of 2021 with the High School opening in 2023.  

GRC has provided cost planning services during the master planning stage for the 3 new schools (stages 1 – 3). We provided contract cost management for the delivery of stage 1 of both the State School and Special School, and State High School.
