The 2^nd Air Force Defence Guard project was initiated to provide the Defence Guard with a command building, squadron buildings, stores warehousing, amenities, gymnasium and training facilities at their Amberley home base. This project was part of the nationwide Enhanced Land Force facilities program. GRC provided cost estimation services to inform the design decisions throughout the entire pre tender phase. The accuracy of our information was instrumental in bringing the project within budget. Our scope of work included bulk earth works, road works, drainage, civil and structural, architectural finishes, electrical and mechanical and hydraulics.
