Anthony John Group’s $600 million mixed-use Southpoint development boasts luxury residential apartments, commercial office space, a retail and dining plaza and Brisbane’s second Emporium Hotel.

GRC worked on stages A and C of the development delivering measurement, cost planning and value management services. Stage A comprised a 16 story building with 217 residential apartments, 142 hotel rooms and a four-level car park. Stage C comprised an 18 level building with 192 residential apartments and a four-level car park. Director of Anthony John Group praised GRC’s involvement in the project:
