The $105 million Sunshine Coast Private Hospital was built on a 1.2 hectare greenfield site on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast and won the Master Builders Housing and Construction Awards, Sunshine Coast – 2014 Project of the Year. Working with John Holland, GRC delivered trade packages and cost planning services.

Despite the multitude of challenges including no existing infrastructure, natural disasters, interfacing and adjacent works, and unforeseen ground conditions the project was successfully delivered ahead of the contractual completion date and under budget.
