88 Limestone is the first contemporary business, dining and retail mecca in Ipswich. The project scope included converting four heritage-listed buildings into commercial and retail spaces plus all associated infrastructure and external works.

GRC provided comprehensive cost estimates, value management, financial services and asset services to contractor CPM Group. Key project challenges included working around stringent heritage requirements to meet budget expectations and the designers’ aspirations. Value management options were successfully considered and implemented during the project.
