TRYP Fortitude Valley Hotel is Brisbane’s only street art hotel. It is also Tryp’s first hotel in Brisbane. The hotel features contemporary design and striking street art by world-acclaimed artists coupled with a blend of finishes showcasing elements of Brisbane’s unique heritage.

GRC was appointed by Laramax to provide initial cost planning and post contract services for the development.  The hotel’s unique design and historical features provided an interesting challenge for our team to price the development without similar projects to benchmark against. The project was delivered successfully within budget.
