The University of Queensland, on behalf of Queensland Health, established two rural clinical schools in Hervey Bay and Bundaberg to deliver contemporary and specialised facilities for staff and students. 

With the initial cost plan significantly over budget, GRC carried out extensive value management exercises to bring the project within the desired budget while maintaining building function and value for money. Tender results indicated that our cost plan was accurate.
