30 Albert Street

Located on the edge of the city botanical gardens 30 Albert Street reinforces Albert Street as the “green” linkage between Brisbane city’s two major parks. The 91 level, 274m high, residential skyscraper reaches Brisbane’s maximum height allowance. The tower is divided into three rises – low rise, mid rise and high rise creating various vertical “neighbourhoods”.

GRC has been working with Singaporean developer World Class Land and the wider project team to deliver cost planning and control during the design phase, incorporating complex spatial requirements and building services for this highly efficient and cost-effective super tower.
