300 George Street is Brisbane’s largest integrated CBD development comprising three mixed-use towers atop a three-storey podium with basement car parking. GRC is working with contractor Multiplex on the 40 level commercial tower and the 82 level residential tower.
Strategically located on the corner of George and Ann Streets, the commercial tower offers 58,209 sqm of office space and a worker-garden and community space on level 4 podium level. The residential tower boasts 428 units, totalling 68,781 sqm, and two recreation decks on level 4 and level 45. When complete, 300 George Street will be Brisbane’s second tallest building standing 262 metres high.
