310 Ann Street redefines market perceptions of office building refurbishment and illustrates how a B Grade office asset can be repositioned as a desirable A Grade asset. With a new external facade that required attaching a  structural steel frame to the existing concrete-framed high rise building, there was no ‘blueprint’ solution to guide the project team. 

To overcome unforeseen challenges and deliver an exceptional outcome, the project team adopted a collaborative approach combining lateral problem-solving skills, nimbleness and a strict adherence to cost and time through each project phase.
