The new 5-star Pullman and 3.5-star Ibis hotel at Brisbane Airport’s Domestic Terminal Precinct is part of a $150 million development project within the heart of Brisbane Airport Corporation’s extensive masterplan.
The development provides high-end and medium-quality short term accommodation to the business traveller. Set on 7,826m2 of prime airport real estate with exposure to 22 million passengers annually, the property will feature 373 suites across the two hotels with world-class conference facilities for up to 600 delegates across 13 conference and meeting rooms.
Flynn Property Group appointed GRC to provide cost planning services throughout the development addressing complex ground conditions and challenging acoustic requirements. The development is currently under construction.
