Moreton Bay Regional Council’s rejuvenation project for the iconic Redcliffe Seaside Village sought to create a dynamic public space with modern amenities while preserving the unique history of the area. The project included new street layouts, an enhanced café precinct, jetty renovations, conversion to underground power and landscaping.
GRC was engaged by Moreton Bay Regional Council to keep the project within budget. Importantly, our practical cost planning experience and construction industry knowledge meant we could accurately manage costs with an undefined scope and unique challenges which included working in a live traffic and retail environment, undefined underground services, and seaside and flood zone ground conditions. This project was successfully delivered on schedule and within budget with minimal disruption to the local community.
