West Village

West Village will breathe new life into the former Peters Ice Cream Factory site, an iconic West End landmark since the 1920s. The Village is a three-stage masterplanned urban community housing 1350 apartments, 500 sqm of community facilities, a 4,500 sqm Woolworths supermarket, a 450-space public car park and parking for 1600 bicycles.

 The development has been carefully planned to contribute to the local character of West End and the vibrant nature of Boundary Street. GRC has been working with Japanese developer Sekisui House to provide cost planning and tender negotiation services during stage one and cost planning services for Stages 2 and 3.
