Delivery, Refund & Returns Policies

The GRC Delivery, Refund & Returns Policies are for tax depreciation services purchased online. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us by telephone + 61 7 3878 6222 or by email to reception@grcqs.com.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

GRC will attempt to send your tax depreciation report within 4 weeks of property settlement providing all information required to complete the report has been provided. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at reception@grcqs.com.

Refund & Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on providing services with due care and skill. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services provided please email us at reception@grcqs.com within 7 days so that we can discuss and resolve any problems. 

If you no longer require our services, and we have not started to prepare your tax depreciation report, you can cancel our services (in writing or verbally) and receive a full refund minus any processing and administrative costs. If we have started your tax depreciation report, you can receive a refund for the outstanding services minus processing and administrative costs.

If your tax depreciation report was lost or damaged in transit will be happy to print and post to you another copy of the report. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions outside our control such as inclement weather.
