Planning Stages

From a high level feasibility to your construction budget, we can provide you with an overview on costs. We help you to understand your budget, pre-tender estimates, indicative cost estimates for each design gateway or value management to help you reach your budgeted construction cost. We also provide initial reports for financiers to assist with funding approvals.

For contractors preparing for tenders, we also provide Bill of Quantities and Measurement services to put you in the best position for submitting your price.

Tax Depreciation is the second largest tax deduction for an investment property, behind the interest on your mortgage. You don’t have a lot of control with the interest, but you do with your tax depreciation by choosing a provider that can achieve maximum deductions for your investment property.

Our team of specialists will estimate the cost of the building, fixtures and fittings within your investment property and apply depreciation rates as set out in the ATO guidelines.
