Planning Stages

From a high level feasibility to your construction budget, we can provide you with an overview on costs. We help you to understand your budget, pre-tender estimates, indicative cost estimates for each design gateway or value management to help you reach your budgeted construction cost. We also provide initial reports for financiers to assist with funding approvals.

For contractors preparing for tenders, we also provide Bill of Quantities and Measurement services to put you in the best position for submitting your price.

Construction Stages

Our GRC team combines their construction knowledge and on-site presence to keep a track of construction costs throughout the post-contract stages. We offer monthly progress claim reporting, value management, cashflows, risk assessments, cost planning and Superintendency services.

We help to manage variations and provide strategic advice throughout the construction stage to help manage budget and avoid disputes.

Asset Management & Operation

With total operational costs significantly higher than capital costs it is important to develop long term strategies to increase value over the entire property asset cycle. We provide a clear road map for identifying when and where to spend money to extend the life of a building and reduce operational costs now and into the future.

Contract Advisory and Dispute Resolution

We understand that even the most carefully managed project can encounter claims and disputes. Our highly experienced contract advisory and dispute resolution team can help you avoid disputes through due diligence, contract management and contract administration services. Where disputes cannot be avoided we help resolve disagreements through negotiation and mediation. If disputes progress to litigation, we can serve as an expert witness on your behalf.

Tax Depreciation

Tax Depreciation is the second largest tax deduction for an investment property, behind the interest on your mortgage. You don’t have a lot of control with the interest, but you do with your tax depreciation by choosing a provider that can achieve maximum deductions for your investment property.

Our team of specialists will estimate the cost of the building, fixtures and fittings within your investment property and apply depreciation rates as set out in the ATO guidelines.

Insurance Claims Assessment

We have notable experience assessing damages in insurance claims resulting from inclement weather such as fire, flood and cyclones. Our assessments range from private houses, retail centres, offices to warehouses. Over the past few years we have worked on myriad complex insurance claim assessments for leading insurance companies, tier-one contractors and private clients.
